The problem is that you keep making false claims even after you've
been told that they are wrong. This is by far not the first case.
And if the claims put other developers' work down (while praising
your own), then this is just annoying. And it's even more annoying
if done in the more public places, like the forum or here on the
user list.

No, you seem to be somehow obsessed with the idea that everyone
wants to turn fgfs into a game, and you are the only one who wants
it realistic. It couldn't be farther from the truth. I have yet
to meet a single developer who preferred mere entertainment to realism.
There have been countless feature requests in the forum or IRC that
were rejected because they weren't realistic. Even features that
may look like a tribute to gamers at first usually have a serious
background. Wildfire, for example, hasn't been added for "cool"
crash effects, but to allow collaborative fire fighting over MP.

Nobody doubts that *you* take your modeling serious. This is
obvious, and a great contribution to fgfs. Just don't accuse
others of not taking it *as* seriously at every occasion, even
if you don't agree with their results. (What about sending a
patch to the p51d author instead of questioning his motives?)
