I didn't use the carrier but I did notice lots of jitter in the controls (IE.
the stick would quickly move back and forth between the actual position I had
used and the centered position even if my movements had been smooth when I
recorded the fdm) and the instruments didn't register anything in the replay
(IE. airspeed was always 0). This was with FG 1.0 so I don't know how well
this works with more recent versions. So it worked but not without some (at
least in my case) minor issues. Also Yukon does not record any sounds.

Yukon is still on the web site at that link but the certificate is bad. So
most browsers will not let you access it without setting up a security
exception. But looking it over it does not appear that there has been much
work done to it for some time now. The lead developer is Tomas Carnecky and
he has been active in doing work with the OpenICC group. He worked on a
successful Google Summer of Code project for OpenICC last summer to create a
color management compiz plug in. I was a GSoC OpenICC mentor on another
project last summer. I didn't realize that Tomas was the yukon lead until
just now when I went to the contacts page and saw his name. The open source
world can sometime be very small.
