Hi ya Chris, I know it is possible to build CVS version of fgfs under OpenSuSE 11.1, mainly because that is what I have... I first compiled SimGear as such; $ ./configure --prefix=/u01/app/SimGear-1.99 --with-jpeg-factory --libdir=/u01/app/SimGear-1.99/lib64 and then compiled FGFS; $ ./configure --prefix=/u01/app/FlightGear-1.99 -with-simgear=/u01/app/SimGear-1.99 it certainly works... You may also be better off asking terragear questions on the developer list, or in the Scenery forum than the user list...
