Hi Ed,

I didn't mean to imply flying keyboard was silly, but have you tried
flying with the mouse?  The right mouse button cycles the mouse between
three modes, Normal -> Flight Control -> View.  Also, in normal mode I
believe the mouse wheel sets the elevator trim.
