Curtis was right on this. openSuSE during a zypper up or dup got me a
copy of plib that was as usual missing things. I got it compiled and
all worked fine.
Only one noticed problem there are ten planes (big Jets) floating above
the runway around the middle. I did note that the Time of day did
effect them
