Not here it failed and I did download plib , compiled it and installed. 
  fgfs is now up on a clean compile.  I even rpm -e openSuSE's version 
and after checkinstall built an rpm I install it and then zypper al 
plib.  That is because I had already install plib (one week old) and 
openSuSE zypper apparently loaded theirs back in.
