Hey guys.

Is this customer connected at layer 3 via a Vlan interface? If so, then you can collect (netflow) stats.

- We want to be able to track how much of their traffic comes to us or our
customers at 2.2.0.0/16 and not charge them for it. Conversely, we want to
charge them for any OTHER traffic - as it will obviously then be using our
Internet bandwidth.

- which interfaces do I have to configure NetFlow on for this to work?

On sup1/1a/2/3 blades, when you turn on netflow anywhere, it is on for all interfaces. This means you will can get alot of flows, including quite possibly some duplicates if you have multiple switches. This is not configurable at this stage (rumors Q1 2005 for Sup720 (3BXL?), at least initially).

- should I be trying to accomplish this goal with these software packages?

Sure, you can do this. sorry I'm not much help with configs.
