If your 6509 has a supervisor II then you can export "bridged" flows. If it does not - I think you can only get layer 3 flows. The command you are looking for is
Set mls bridged-flow-statistics enable

Thank you agian, but it doesn't still work. I think we can't get flows from switch6509 by activateing "ip route-catch flow" command on the VLAN, it just might be work well if we config this command in each switch port and turn off "switch" mode by "no switchport" command.
Reminding all commands I have used on the switch as the following:
mls flow ip interface-full
mls nde sender version 7
mls nde interface
ip flow-export version 5
ip flow-export destination 203.119.8.140 9996
interface Vlan12
ip address 203.119.8.132 255.255.255.224
ip route-cache flow
