You could use the FlowTracker component of FlowViewer. FlowTracker provides
four MRTG-like graphs (Last 24 hour, Last 7 days, etc.) for any specified
filter. Pretty easy to set up and use. Hers's an example:

FlowViewer is open-source, sits on top of flow-tools, and is available at:
