Attached screenshots is from r6899 tarball, not from svn. First I've
noticed this behavior quite long time ago, maybe few month ago, but maybe
it existed even before that. Also I have reproduced this problem on x86
Ubuntu 9.04 Netbook Remix.

I've rechecked-out r6904, built it with just make and replaced input.cxx
with my example as you proposed, still can reproduce bug.

Then I have rechecked-out r6905 and couldn't even compile fltk itself,
I've got:
