ps_v5.diff looks good !!

I verified that I can print all characters, although I couldn't check
every single character. Ubuntu/cups PDF printer works well, too.
Ghostscript's pd2pdf as well. I also printed misc/MacRoman_utf-8.txt
successfully and verified that all characters except 0xF0/U+F8FF (Apple
logo) print correctly.

However, there's still one small thing we should fix: using the older
testLatinPS_v3.cxx, one can see "random" characters (accents etc.) in the
Latin section (U+0080 - U+009F). We should exclude this range from
printing, because these characters are non-printing (control) characters
in Unicode, but obviously existing characters in the PS font mapping used.

Once this is fixed, good to go from me!

Manolo, thanks for all your efforts! I propose to commit this with the
above mentioned modification.
