Under Mac OS X, the application does receive system-reserved events
such as Command-H and Command-Option-H. The system is informed that
the application did not use this shortcut by performKeyEquivalent:
returning NO. If performKeyEquivalent: returns YES, the system-defined
meaning of the shortcut isn't performed.
