That's really strange. It worked here with doxygen 1.5.5. What about activating GENERATE_TREEVIEW in Doxybook? Would this make a difference for the pdf generation? If not, then we would have a way to generate html only (make html) or both (make pdf). Otherwise I can live with it for now, but IMHO we should find a better solution.
