I tested this on my new config (freshly fully reinstalled),
it seems that it needs a html dir (or something intial in the gen?).
To reproduce the bug easily, on Mac os x (at least) with doxygen 1.5.7.1, just
try 'doxygen Doxybook' a new documentation branch.
I recognize I don't understand that one yet, but as it works fairly well as is,
I think we have better to do for now (We don't generate hundreds of book
everyday, or at least we shouldn't ;-)
