Remaining things: 1) one correction in function doCallback of file Fl_cocoa.mm that fixes the radio menu item bug Ian reported (see my post Tue Dec 21, 06:27). 2) I think the fl_draw_pixmap.cxx correction is necessary if we want our users to be able to build 64-bit libraries using make (with the present svn, the build stops).
