This closes a bug where demo program mandelbrot does not resize correctly and that may concern more generally apps doing progressive window update. It also includes the changes in files fl_font_mac.cxx, fl_set_fonts_mac.cxx, and fl_draw_pixmap.cxx I mentionned previously. Many thanks.
