This also includes a standalone viewer, so that you don't need to use
internet explorer (I updated my XP system after my posting yesterday).

The crazy thing is that my XP version (using the above mentioned
package) looks much better WRT the thin lines and other small graphics
in the upper middle area (the Win7 version is missing lots of lines
there). However, the transparency effects are identical with both.
