I haven't tried this myself, but can the FLTK html viewer
even show our doxygen docs correctly?
Doxygen generates html with features (like CSS) that I don't
think our HTML viewer handles properly. And as doxygen versions
progress, it'll will likely take advantage of more and more
advanced features (eg. javascript).
Maybe the 'help' demo should just open a test.html page
that exercises the html features the widget supports
(bullets, tables, text sizes, etc).
And to handle the FLTK docs, an http: link at the top that
points to the FLTK website docs, so that when clicked, it
fires up the local web browser to view the docs.
It would be neat to have it fire up the web browser to
view the local docs too, but I think currently the FLTK
help viewer interprets file: links for itself.. maybe the
help viewer needs an option flag to tell it to interpret
file: links with fl_open_uri().
