Right -- I think I got em all in 1.3.
It's a little tricky, cause there's different comment styles
('#', '*', //, "dnl"..), licenses that are part of code
(fluid/comments.h) and different copyright notices to keep intact.
Have to avoid editing the .svn files (grep -v /\.svn/).
So it was basically one big vi/grep command line, and a some
lot of "c14j"'s
