All,

I have some code with an unreasonably long menu item in it (i.e. too big
for the screen).

Compiled under fltk-1.1 the menu scrolls as the mouse reaches the
top/bottom edge, allowing the full menu to be accessed.
Under fltk-1.3 the same code does not scroll.

Setting aside the UX failure that such a huge menu represents, is the
no-scroll a bug in fltk? Or did we decide to change it?
I need to break that menu up anyway, so this'll probably motivate me to
do that, but I wondered if this is a regression of sorts wrt fltk-1.1.

Note: this is actually observable in the menubar demo too, so I do not
think it is peculiar to my code...

Testing on WinXP with mingw, but I imagine the problem is generic?
