Hmm, there have been changes with menu item iteration internally
in 1.3 - that might be a side effect of one of these changes.

Could you please test with svn releases pre-8866 (STR #2680) and
if that doesn't solve it with pre-8639 (STR #2613)? I'm short of
time, otherwise I'd do it. Thanks.
