Yes, it's certainly clear, right at the top.
Actually, I'd never thought of this document as
a collection of functions that might all be defined
in a single #include file; I thought it was a collection
of miscellaneous OS specific functions.
Probably also, the name (x.H) threw me; can't say
as I've ever needed it, and would never have associated
it with this doc or os specific functions.
So I'll back out my doc changes, it's certainly clear
enough to refer to the docs at the top for the include
to x.H.
As long as there's something to point to when folks
run into this, it's all good.
