 To eliminate from 1.3.1 the still unsettled use of the RandR X extension
 library on the X11 platform, I believe it's enough to do:
 - remove from src/Fl_x.cxx everything between #if HAVE_XRANRD/#endif
 - use r.9087 of src/Fl.cxx (only a Doxygen difference)
 - use r.8864 of configure.in
 - use r.8864 of configh.in
