Maybe the devs should quickly look over all their checkins
since 1.3.0, and recommend ones they think are good for 1.3.1.
I'd suggest limiting to simple fixes that couldn't possibly
cause collateral problems (lol) and matt can probably double
check them as a form of peer review, rejecting ones that seem
too complex.
