Hmm, on my system when I build your original app and run it
(on my linux machine) it makes two separate windows. ie. two
window manager windows.. one blue, the other gray.
This, unlike the 'subwindow' test program which makes one window,
with the subwindow 'inside' the main window.
So I figured the fact there were two separate windows was a given,
which is why I rearranged the code.
Probably someone else familiar with fltk2 can answer this one,
as I'm not even sure why your original app opens two windows
instead of one.. it looks so much like the code in the 'subwindow'
test program, but creates two windows instead of one.
I must be missing something there. Will check later when I have more
time..
