It is in the current SVN (rev 5808) and will make it into 1.1.8 unless we find a major issue with this modification. Download and compile the current SVN (or wait for the net snapshot if you don't have subversion installed). Start Fluid, load your project, and check the "use FL_COMMAND" button in the project preferences. All keyboard shortcuts that contain FL_CTRL (PC style shortcuts) or FL_META (Mac Style shortcuts) will now be written with FL_COMMAND in your source file. This setting does not change your .fl file and none of your original shortct choices are lost. This works on all platforms.
