For now, I created the Doxygen config file that will generate documentation similar to the existing docs. I want to hold off with changing all header files until we have existing patches applied (UTF-8 for example), or the diff logs will be too big to handle. But generally speaking, converting the existing docs to Doxygen is easy, yet very time consuming.
