I just misinterpreted it, but I think that the documentation is
ambiguous. I'll post an STR suggesting that this:
* 0: The value is unchanged.
* FL_TOGGLE_BUTTON: The value is inverted.
be changed to something like:
* 0: The value is immutable except where explicitly set by value(int).
* FL_TOGGLE_BUTTON: The value toggles between 0 and 1 when the user
clicks the button.
