The theme is the default one: "Human".

Happens with FLTK 1.1.x-r5479 running test/cursor.
FL_CURSOR_MOVE is shown as a hand (without a pointed finger,
I guess it is the "push the paper" hand).
FL_CURSOR_WAIT is shown as the spinning wheel.

Clearly some part of the desktop is redefining certain
cursor shapes, perhaps this is specific to Ubuntu.
