It hasn't been ported that I know of.
I believe if you search the list for "Fl_Table" in the subject,
you'll find a few threads from 2005 and 2004 that asked about this.
The reason I haven't ported it is I never really got on board
with FLTK2, because I have a lot of legacy code I actively maintain
that is locked to FLTK1 source, so I'll probably be one of the last
to move to FLTK2.
