With 1.1.x, the only themes available are built in - you can see what  
each looks like by running test/demo.exe and there is a drop-down on  
the main dialog to select between the "default", "gtk+" and "plastic"  
themes. You can choose between them on the fly, then use the launcher  
to see what each test looks like in that theme mode.

fltk-2 has a much more elaborate themes/schemes mechanism, but it is  
usually broken.

There are a few ideas kicking around for the 1.3.x series, how we  
might do a more flexible theme interface, but so far it only  
implements the 1.1.x series mechanism.

So, short answer: no, not really...
