OP might be referring to the rather large number of STRs against 1.3.x,
and maybe not so much experiencing the problems directly.
There are quite a few 'niggly' bugs in 1.3.x (about 68 according to a
search
for open bugs against 1.3) but most of them are 'niggly' things that
likely
aren't real show stoppers.
For me, the important ones are:
o Copy/Paste (#2104,#614)
o LGPL compliance of all utf8 files (#2085)
o Anything that involves a crash/coredump (someone recently
mentioned
a font free'ing issue that I don' think has an str yet)
o Anything critically wrong with Fl_Text_Editor
All of those have 'workaround patches' AFAIK.
