I use fltk and mingw and don't have a problem. Others are using fltk with the MS tools and have it working just fine, but had to fiddle about a lot get the free MS tools to actually work. Free tools from other places Just Work. You'd almost think MS didn't want to make it easy to use the free versions of their tools...
