I think the problem is that nobody understands what it is you are trying to do, or why you are doing it. What *are* you hoping to achieve with this? This seems to be an unfeasibly complicated way of creating a GL window in a fltk context... Rather than showing us code that does not work, maybe you can explain, in terms that are simple enough for me to comprehend, what you are actually hoping to achieve. Maybe then someone might see the light and come up with an answer.
