Yes, looks like it's not on the ftp site:
http://ftp2.easysw.com/pub/fltk/snapshots/
Also, I noticed I could never change the mirror location;
by the time I try to change it, the download already starts,
and if I click the radio button for any of the options, it
quickly changes back.
