Oh, yes, sorry, you're right. You're obviously using Linux, right?

Then this is indeed a known bug that can be found easily, if you enter
"1.3 and scroll" (without quotation marks) in the STR search:

I should have known better, but w/o any information about FLTK version
and platform I only did a short test on Windows.

If you want to find this, patches will be appreaciated. But (as Matthias
wrote) this is probably a problem with the OS (X11) interaction and
may be hard to find.
