Nikhil, I am a ubuntu user nowadays but I used to be a windows user (Windows XP), I used to program with VS2005 and I still have the procedures I used to configure FLTK 1.1.9 on my system. I think it works on VS2008, I will enclose the file to this email. The part in bold was most useful to me.
