I have filled that bug, I think It should not hold the release.

The fix is rather try-and-see workaround what seems the intel driver bug. The
patch seems to fix the glitch on newer Intel graphics with newer drivers - old
ones (950 series) still remain buggy. I believe that there are not many systems
with win7 on these older chips - probably only with custom installation like on
mine laptop.

My initial experience looks relatively good: the patch fixes newer chips (GMA
Xxxx, GMA HD xxx) where never drivers are available but not GMA 950 series (like
i945). Also the patch seems not to break other graphics (ATI/AMD, nVidia),
neither on XP. I did not bother with Vista.

My plan is that we will test two slightly different patches (as well as vanilla
fltk) on series (30-50) win7 and XP machines around with various graphics chips
and drivers that it does not break anything. After that (in 4 - 6 weeks) I will
inform you so you can consider to include/not to include the patch or some
variant into the repository for 1.3.1 or later.
