Good points!

FLTK 2 users would benefit by gaining a new core that is much more stable than
their core at the cost of losing the one or the other feature. They would gain
Fl_Table (fltk3::Table) and Fl_Tree (fltk3::Tree), although the fltk 2 browser
is also usable as a tree. They will also gain Fl_Help_Browser
(fltk3::HelpBrowser) and fltk3::TextEditor that is now fully UTF8 capable (the
current fltk 2 text editor is ASCII only IIRC).

FLTK 1 users will gain styles, true hierarchical menus, tablet support, shaped
windows.

Both user groups will gain cross access between their original code base and
FLTK 3. FLTK 1 and FLTK 3 code can be intermixed, as can FLTK 2 code and FLTK 3.

Both groups will gain an improved Fluid with Rapid Prototyping support, but
psst, that's still a secret ;-)
