thanks for your answer.
I tried keyboard.exe yesterday, the arrow keys didn't show up as pushing down.
As for editor.exe the behaviour is as described below. Due to bank holiday in 
Bavaria I can't test input.exe till tomorrow. Then I'll test it with the latest 
FLTK version.

Multi-Byte: I guess it's the opposite of Unicode which is the other alternative 
of the CharacterSet option.

I'll report on this issue tomorrow.
