Anyone had success compiling fltk with cairo on OSX?

I did a mac ports install of cairo (which installs itself
into the /opt hierarchy, from what I can tell), and have an svn
copy of fltk in /usr/local/src.

Is there anything special I should do other than
./configure --enable-cairo? During build I get:

[..]
=== making src ===
Compiling Fl_cocoa.mm...
Compiling Fl_Quartz_Printer.mm...
Compiling Fl_Native_File_Chooser_MAC.mm...
Compiling Fl.cxx...
In file included from ../FL/Fl.H:27,
                 from Fl.cxx:48:
./FL/Fl_Cairo.H:37:28: error: cairo-quartz.h: No such file or directory
./FL/Fl_Cairo.H:59: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of ‘cairo_t’ with no
type
[..]

I did a 'find /opt | grep cairo-quartz' but no dice.
Maybe cairo has changed away from quartz?
