Yes it seems, so the masculine is used.

I have check Windows language parameters, and Libre Office.
In each case, they use "Langue > Français, Anglais"

IMHO, this is what sound natural for me.
You can said :
" - Quelle langue parlez-vous ? "  (which language do you speak?)
" - Je parle Français (ou anglais mais moins bien) (I speak French (or 
English but worse)

We will not say :
" - Je parle la Française".
