        Oh, and as a workaround, it sounds like if window manager decorations
        aren't working, try checking the state of Fl_Window::border() after
        returning from fullscreen.

        If the value of border() is zero, then change it to 1
        and that might fix things, as that's the flag that controls
        window decorations.

        You might need to do a redraw() after changing it, not sure.
