I am desperate for the code changes introduced by pull request #147<https://github.com/jagregory/fluent-nhibernate/pull/147>which has been merged over a year ago but is not published via NuGet yet. Why have there been no new versions of Fluent NHibernate published to NuGet in over a year? Is it safe for me to grab the latest source code and publish a pre-release version for my own consumption?
