As far as I know, current master branch is good to go - meaning it passes 
all the tests. However, code from master may not be compatible with some 
versions of NHibernate released in the last 12 months or so - you'll have 
to explicitly check on that.
About no releases on NuGet - I know I'm behind on this, and I'll push the 
release in nearest future - lots of stuff are going on right now.
