I would think "Remove" as a heading is fine; I would put "Remove this
item" as a title for the checkbox, since rows aren't always meaningful
to persons who are blind.

The UI in the generic Section Info tool is quite different. It is a
checkbox in the Remove column. The user then needs to click a Remove
Sections button once they have selected the sections. Still "true" is
just wrong and there should be a title attribute on the checkbox.
However, wondering if "Remove this row" is the right thing for it to
say in this case.
I've enclosed a screen shot of the actual component.

I'd say it's worth sharing because it could be confusing to hear
"true". Plus it looks really easy to fix.

Nice patch! Just a quick question about it...
While our bSpace Section Info page is just a mockup, it's based
on a real user interface in Sakai. Given this, I'm wondering if
this issue might be something we should also share upstream with
the Sakai community? It's likely a really easy change to the
Section Info tools's markup.

cool, thanks. If you would assigned that bug to me, I'll
review and check in the patch.

Hi,
Last week I conducted user testing with 2 JAWS users on
the bSpace implementation of Inline Edit. Here is the
wiki page with results (please note the wiki page is a
work in progress):
http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Simple+Text+Inline+Edit+User+Testing+-+Round+3+Results
A bug that came up is that when you tab to the 'remove'
button to remove a row, JAWS reads "true", which is not
meaningful to the user.
Here is a patch that gives each button the title "remove
this row".
