I'm looking at your designs for the Video Player, at
http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Video+player+designs
and I don't see any mention of tooltips for the various controls.
I imagine that tooltips are probably a good idea, but I'm wondering how
important you consider them to be with respect to the "minimum viability"
criteria we discussed, listed at the top of the feature list:

Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
