yeah, i see this too. Fluid uses only public Spaces API (which is very simple... just setting a flag), so i'm not clear on what could be causing this. A good test case would be: find another app which allows altering the the 'appears in all spaces' type of preference, and see if it exhibits the same behavior. if so, this is an apple bug, and there's nothing i can do about it. if not, then it's mine.
