I don't it's site-specific as I'm getting it on several sites, notably Remember The Milk and GMail. It's definitely related to hiding the app. In RTM, when I hide the app and return back I no longer see the keyboard caret when renaming tasks or entering new tasks (or any textfield, really). Safari doesn't exhibit this problem (on either site). Just downloaded Shiira and tried it and it doesn't appear to exhibit this problem either. Todd, are you able to reproduce this with the steps outlined?
