I've had the same problem…

In my case was that the fluid.zip I have downloaded was broken… I
don't know why but the zip was a lot smaller than expected, but 'the
unarchiver' was capable to extrat a fuild app.

try to download it again, and than extract without 'the unarchiver' if
you use it.
